Approaching Christmas and New Year’s Eve,  Central Jakarta Administration continues to conduct sudden inspection against staple food and food product.

We monitor fishery, agriculture and livestock products and also check its expired date

As the raid on Thursday (12/17), the sudden inspection was held in Hypermart Thamrin City and Giant Menteng Huis. The raid was led by Mayor of Central Jakarta, Mangara Pardede accompanied by Sulastri Gultom, Assistant for Central Jakarta Economic and Administration Section.

“ We monitor fishery, agriculture and livestock products and also check its expired date ,” he expressed.

Besides that, officer should take a role to monitor canned foods that potential to be falsified. And hike price on staple food must also be anticipated.

“We also intend to check rotten chicken which is rampant lately,” he stressed.
